5K Run/Walk

Haven't done a 5 k in a while or just plain tired even thinking about it, here's your way to make it easier. Run 3 minutes and then walk for 2 minutes, run for 5 minutes and then walk for 4 minutes and on it goes! See you at the finish line, smile darn ya, smile!

Ok folks for those that want to actually run this thing straight here you go! Get your running legs ready and go break a record or just have fun enjoying the birds and scenery like I will or the TV screen and music if you're on a treadmill! Go break a sweat and have fun!

Hobble, crawl or roll... Who said you gotta huff and puff your way through? We didn't, ha! Just go about your daily stuff and keep it up in one day or two or three. At your office, in the park, cleaning the house, you got this! Just let us know when you start and when you stopped. 6,250 steps will do it!
